The Moying page draws your word in the browser. The word you type is not sent to a Moying server unless you start a purchase.
If you pay to remove the watermark, checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake. They receive the email and payment details you enter on their page. Moying does not store your card number. We may receive your order email and order details from Waffo Pancake so we can deliver your download and handle support or refunds.
When you start a purchase, we store an anonymous purchase token with the design you are buying (the word and the style settings) and, after Waffo confirms payment, the order id and the email from that payment. The token is what ties the paid download to that design. A copy of the token stays in your browser so you can download again on this device. If the order is refunded, we mark the token revoked. We do not put your card number in that record.
We count page views with GoatCounter, a cookie-free aggregate counter. It does not set cookies, and we do not use it to collect personal data. Pages load the counter script from GoatCounter at gc.zgo.at, so that host receives your IP address when the page loads it.
We use order information only to deliver your purchase, answer support requests, process refunds, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing [email protected] from the email you used at checkout. We will reply within 30 days. Payment data held by Waffo Pancake is governed by their privacy policy; we will forward deletion or correction requests to them where needed. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
